Using a four-channel TVS Array component to complete line-to-ground ESD protection. The recommended part number is DCENX3V340LSCT, and its package is DFN3020. When routing PCB, you can use the straight-pull method, which is quite convenient. The parasitic capacitance of DCENX3V340LSCT I/O to ground is 1.7pF (Typ.), and the ESD protection capability can reach ±30kV in contact mode and ±30kV in air mode.
