The current product portfolio includes the SCST1280, SCST1213, and SCST4840 series. For example, the SCST1280 features dimensions of 12.8 × 20.5 × 8.0 mm, supports various turns ratios, and offers an inductance range of 1.10–17.5 mH and a rated current of up to 50 A, making it suitable for different power conversion applications.

In addition, Dongchen Electronics provides customized AC/DC energy storage inductors and transformers, as well as power inductors, further expanding its magnetic component product offerings for a wide range of applications.

Automated Manufacturing to Enhance Production Efficiency and Product Consistency

To improve production efficiency and process stability, Dongchen Electronics continues to implement automated manufacturing equipment covering processes such as coil winding, lead-frame welding, lead forming, injection molding, and product testing.

Certain automated production equipment integrates winding and lead-frame welding processes, achieving a production capacity of approximately 300–500 pieces per hour. Automated equipment for dual-coil winding and lead-frame welding can achieve 240–400 pieces per hour, helping reduce processing costs while improving production efficiency.

For transformer manufacturing, automated winding equipment integrates automatic winding, automatic welding, and injection molding processes, with a production capacity of approximately 570–720 pieces per hour and dimensional accuracy within ±0.10 mm.

Comprehensive Testing Equipment for Enhanced Quality Management

In addition to its manufacturing capabilities, Dongchen Electronics has established a range of testing and quality inspection equipment, including 1MHz and 30MHz LCR meters, multifunction testers, DC resistance testers, high-voltage testers, X-ray spectrometers, eight-zone reflow soldering equipment, salt spray testers, temperature and humidity testing chambers, and 2D projectors. These facilities support comprehensive product testing and quality management.

The products are manufactured using 100% lead-free processes and comply with RoHS requirements. The operating temperature range can reach -40°C to 125°C/150°C, supporting the requirements of different electronic products and operating environments.
